A non-mandatory pre-bid conference and site inspection was held September 10, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the project location. Bidders are required to inspect the site and perform their own measurements. Upon receiving a Notice to Proceed, the successful bidder must commence work within 10 days and substantially complete all work within 60 consecutive calendar days. A pre-construction conference will be held before work commences.

Work shall be performed during normal working hours (7:00 AM to 5:00 PM) with all activities scheduled five days in advance. Bidders must acknowledge all addenda on the bid form, and failure to list each addendum number will result in bid rejection.
