About this file
This document contains a justification and approval for other than full and open competition for a federal contract. The Regional Procurement Support Office Frankfurt is conducting an acquisition on behalf of the Bureau of Political-Military Affairs Office of Global Programs and Initiatives to supply vehicles and generators to the Blackrock Peacekeeping and Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief Camp in Fiji. The required vehicles and generators include Toyota, Isuzu, and Robin brands of land cruisers, pickup trucks, SUVs, buses, vans, cargo trucks, forklifts, generators, and accessories. Proposals were due by August 31, 2021 to the email address provided. The justification cites that 95% of the camp's current fleet is the specified Toyota, Isuzu, and Robin brands, and the camp's mechanics are trained and have supply chains to support only these brands, so limiting the procurement in this way is necessary.

Disaster Relief Camp’s automotive and generator mechanics are well trained to maintain and repair Toyota/Isuzu/Robin manufactured vehicles and generators.
