Questions and Answers (Q&A) Question One (1)

1. What are the present hours of the juice bar that make up the 70 hour week?

Answer One (1)

The Statement of Work indicates a minimum 70 hours a week with the stipulation: “will open for additional hours as long as the Fitness Center’s daily traffic count justifies”. At this time, based on demand, we are also operating six (6) hours on Saturday:

Current Schedule:

0630-2030 hrs. Mon-Fri = 70 hrs. per week 1000-1600 hrs. Sat = 6 hrs.

Closed Sun Total hrs. per week = 76

Question Two (2)

2. Is there any limitation on the menu? In other words, if we propose sandwiches, or other menu items, is that possible?

Answer Two (2)

At this time there are no limitations on the menu, however, all added items must be requested and approved prior to selling them at the Juice Bar.

Question Three (3)

3. Provide historical data to determine financially viability. How much funding is given to the NAFI on a monthly basis for the past year? If that information is not available, how many people are served on a weekly basis, or what is the sales history?

Answer Three (3) We do not have any historical data of how many people are served on a weekly basis. The only information we can relay is an estimated range of revenue for CY2011 and CY2012.

CY11 estimated range anywhere from $15,000 to $17,000 CY12 estimated range anywhere from $20, 00 to $25,000

Please remember that you must acknowledge all Amendments in your quote, failure to acknowledge an amendment might result in your quote not being considered for award.
