The contractor must use green, environmentally safe cleaning products and provide their own equipment, including industrial vacuum cleaners and carpet shampooing machines. Additional requirements include mandatory background checks for staff, providing staff training in bloodborne pathogens and evacuation procedures, and having staff wear uniforms with company identification.
