About this file
This document is a Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The VA seeks to modify an existing contract with N-Ovation Technology Group, LLC for a 180-day extension of Guest Wi-Fi network maintenance and support at three VA facilities in Texas: Temple Campus, Waco Campus, and Cedar Park VA Clinic. The solution includes two Ruckus Networks servers, 167 access points, 40 ISX switches, SCI and SmartZone 100 licenses, equipment support, Forti Gate Firewall licensing, and remote and onsite support for system maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment installation. The VA determined N-Ovation is the only source capable of providing seamless support due to their existing familiarity with the current system, and market research did not identify alternative vendors who could quickly transition and prevent service disruption that would impact patients, staff, and critical systems.
