About this file

This document is Addendum No. 2 to a Purchase Order Request for Proposal (PORFP) issued by the Maryland Division of Procurement for Cisco Hardware under the state's Hardware and Associated Equipment and Services 2012 Master Contract No. 060B2490022, covering Functional Areas III and V. The addendum clarifies that the service term for Functional Area V contract lines is 36 months. The proposal response deadline is Thursday, July 23, 2026, no later than 2:00 PM EDT. Only Master Contractors currently awarded contracts under the referenced Hardware and Associated Equipment and Services 2012 Master Contract are eligible to submit proposals in response to this secondary competition; eligible contractors may submit a Letter of Agreement (LOA) with their proposal for consideration.

All potential respondents must acknowledge receipt of Addendum No. 2 regardless of whether they intend to submit a proposal, with failure to return the acknowledgment receipt potentially resulting in proposal rejection per COMAR 21.05.02.08 regulations. Respondents with questions regarding the amendment should contact Procurement Officer II Destiny Hargrove at dhargrove1@mdta.state.md.us. This amendment becomes part of the proposal package and must be attached to the outside cover of the proposal form.
