About this file

This document is a Sole Source Procurement Solicitation issued by the South Carolina Department of Corrections for services from the J. Reuben Long Detention Center (Horry County Sheriff's Department). The agency is seeking intensive supervision, substance abuse treatment, transitional housing, and aftercare services for offenders referred through the Division of Young Offender Parole and Reentry within the South Carolina Judicial System. This Sole Source procurement will remain in effect until the Division of Young Offenders Parole and Reentry or the J. Reuben Long Detention Center terminates the services.

The solicitation indicates there is no market research as the South Carolina Judicial System is the only entity able to provide the required services. The J. Reuben Long Detention Center will provide the services, as offenders are referred to the program as a stipulation of their parole supervision. Pricing, set-asides, incumbents, funding details, and other salient information are not provided in the document.
