1.0 Scope of Work

Replace two unit heaters in the Engine Bay of the Redwood Road Complex.

Contractor Requirements

3.0 Technical Requirements

Replacement of two unit heaters including installation of new units, and removal and disposal of old units. Each unit heater must be natural gas powered, have thermal efficiency of 83% or greater, and have a heating capacity equivalent to 225,000 BTUH.

5.0 Deliverables / Schedule

1749 W 500 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84104. As soon as available.
