Attachment J.2-G: Instructions for Industry Day Registration Email the completed registration form to the attention of Erica Chambers at erica.m.chambers@nasa.gov, John Wang at john.wang-1@nasa.gov, and Paige Foreman at paige.e.foreman@nasa.gov in order to attend. Use the subject line: “SpaceDOC III Industry Day Attendees” in the email. Please identify any special requirements that an attendee might have such as the need for wheelchair access or a signer for the deaf.
Only United States (U.S.) citizens are eligible to attend. Identification information must be provided at least 5 working days in advance, or no later than 5:00 PM ET January 31, 2023. The Center reserves the right to deny access onsite for any reason. If access is denied you will receive notice 24 hours prior to the event. Additionally, the Government is not responsible for Offeror’s inability to obtain clearance to attend the Industry Day. Any "lobbying firm or lobbyist" as defined in 2 U.S.C. 1602(9) and (10), or any Offeror represented by a lobbyist under the Lobbying Disclosure Act of 1995 shall be specifically identified.
Unregistered visitors will not be permitted to attend the Industry Day. Registration must be completed by January 31, 2023
On Industry Day, February 8, 2023, Offerors should plan to arrive at NASA Glenn Research Center (GRC) early to obtain visitor badging at NASA Security. All attendees MUST provide a valid photo ID (Driver’s License, Passport or State Identification Card). Please review the instructions for identification requirements. There is a limit of five (5) persons per Offeror, including on-site contractors. Sign-in will take place between 8:30-9:00 a.m. in Building 162, MIC Auditorium. Parking instructions and directions will be given upon arrival. Signs will be posted. Following the Industry Day Presentation will be an optional tour of SpaceDOC III Installation Accountable Government Property (IAGP) including, but not limited to, the Electromagnetic Interference Laboratory (EMI), the Thermal Test Facility (TTF), the Power Systems Facility (PSF) – High Bay Cleanroom and Telescience Support Center (TSC), the Space Experiments Laboratory – High Bay Cleanroom and the Zero Gravity Research Facility, and the Structural Dynamics Laboratory. For more information on these facilities, please see Attachment J.1-D.
Visitors on NASA Centers are allowed to possess and use photographic equipment (including camera cell phones) and related materials EXCEPT IN CONTROLLED AREAS. Anyone desiring to use camera equipment during the conference should contact the Contracting Officer to determine if the site(s) to be visited is a controlled area.
All questions will be answered at the conference or in writing at a later time. All publicly available materials distributed at the Industry Day will be made available to all potential Offerors on SAM.gov.
One hour one-on-one meetings will be made available to Interested Offerors on February 9, 2023 to discuss any questions or clarifications on the draft RFP. Please respond if interested in attending the Industry Day presentation, facilities tour, and/or a one-on-one by submitting the registration below. Copies of the Industry Day agenda, charts, and a list of attendees will be posted to SAM.gov.
