The solicitation is for a new roofing system on an Air Operations Building at Region 1 Aerial Fire Depot and is being issued by the Department of Agriculture Forest Service. The schedule includes two pay items - one for the roofing system with a lump sum price, and one to replace damaged decking boards on an actual quantity basis. Notes specify that the decking replacement item will be invoiced based on the actual quantity installed, and any excess funds from the estimated quantity will be removed via modification. The notes also require payment and performance bonds for awards over $35,000. Offerors must provide pricing for all items, and quotes must remain open for at least 30 days.
