About this file
This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for Cisco Network Equipment and Software Maintenance services for the Indian Health Service (IHS).
The IHS requires a 12-month maintenance contract for Cisco network equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless controllers, and network management applications. The required maintenance and subscription coverage includes: access to Cisco's Technical Assistance Center (TAC) for technical support, next business day replacement for defective hardware devices, software updates for major and minor releases, Software Application Support Service with Upgrades (SASU), and software subscription renewals. Specific equipment requiring coverage includes four Cisco FPR1120 and four Cisco FPR2120 firewalls with one-year FirePower Threat and Malware defense service, Cisco ISE maintenance coverage (R-ISE-VMC-K9) running on a virtual machine, and LiveAction LiveNX license and support for 200 interfaces (License number A3PPJ000001HRY2). The contract service period is 12 months, beginning either on the date any existing maintenance contract expires or within 10 days of contract award for devices not currently covered. Offerors must be authorized Cisco partners eligible to quote Cisco-provided maintenance coverage; third-party maintenance coverage is not acceptable. Vendor responses must include maintenance and subscription costs for each device on the equipment list and identify any items that cannot be quoted with explanations. After contract award, the contractor must contact the IHS Contractor Officer Representative (COR) to verify email address and Cisco.com user ID for E-Delivery, provide a Cisco maintenance database export listing serial numbers and support contract numbers, and ensure service subscriptions are assigned to the IHS Smart virtual account IHS-HQ-OIT on the Cisco portal. Invoices will not be approved until serial numbers are verified by the COR on www.cisco.com and service subscriptions are assigned to the IHS virtual account.
