STATEMENT OF OBJECTIVES

1.0 Project Background
1.01 This existing facility, Bldg. 52110 is a former warehouse that has been vacant for a number of years. This project will repair and renovate the facility for the 2-13th AVN Regiment. The existing transformer is only 150 KVA and will be changed to 300 KVA to support the new functions with a different contract. The project consists of repairing and remolding the facility into an approximately 12,000 square foot training facility. Work involves interior demolition, constructing new interior walls and doors, placing new ceiling, new floor and new flooring in areas, a new female restroom, installing a new fire alarm, a new electrical and lightning protection system, a new HVAC system, and a new communication system.
2.0 Statement of Objectives
2.01 This is a design/build contract. The Contractor shall provide design/build services and furnish all labor, material, equipment, supervision, transportation, permits, fees, and licenses necessary to “Remodel Training Facility”, located at Fort Huachuca, Arizona. A non-specific Design
Criteria listing for this repair project is provided in Section 4.0 below. The Contractor shall prepare a more detailed scope of work outlining their Contract Execution Overview, to include their technical approach, labor hours, materials/equipment, self-performance/sub-Contractor, and tentative schedule. The Contractor shall field verify the area of work before submitting their SOW and proposal.
3.0 Proposal Requirements
3.01 Technical Approach. The Contractor proposal technical approach section must address each of the line items listed in Section 4.0, Statement of Work. Language in this section must include a description of the steps and methods by which each item of the SOW will be completed. This description must adhere to the details outlined in pertinent UFGS and UFC specifications, such that a clear understanding of the requirements can be demonstrated to a competent, qualified person.
3.02 Labor Hours. The Contractor proposal labor hours section must give a detailed breakdown of labor hours, to include an estimated number of hours assigned to each trade or supervisory position, such that a clear understanding of the division of labor can be determined. In addition, the total number of hours estimated for the project should be listed.
3.03 Materials/Quantities/Equipment. The Contractor Proposal Materials, Quantities, and Equipment section must provide a clear and detailed list of all the building materials and estimated quantities, as well as the equipment to be used in the execution of the project. These items must be presented in a bulleted list fashion such that a competent qualified person can understand what materials, estimated quantities, and equipment will be used during the execution phase of the project.

3.03.01 Materials shall include items such as chemicals, mechanical fasteners, hardware, devices, valves, piping, sealants, structural members, and all other permanently installed materials at the project location.
3.03.02 Equipment shall consist of all tools, machinery, motorized or engine driven equipment, and all other non-permanent items which will not be left on site.
3.04 Tentative Schedule. The Contractor Proposal Tentative Schedule section must provide a detailed estimate of all activities to be conducted during the project period of performance.
Scheduled actions must be listed in a logical order to demonstrate a clear timeline of the proposed project activities.
4.0 Design Criteria
4.01 Design Criteria shall be performed in accordance with the project plans, specifications, and all applicable codes. In the event of a conflict between the contract specifications and the plans, the specifications shall take precedence.
4.02 The following list is not detailed and is considered as a Design-Build Contract. Construction services shall include incidental and ancillary components, materials, and/or equipment accessories customarily required by code, guideline, or industry standard practice to make the work complete and operational.
4.03 Design: Design and construct the simulators room, classroom, bathrooms, administration room, and student’s breakroom of Building 52110 per the proposed floor plan. Include internet, electrical outlets, and air conditioning units (AC) to cooling the UMS simulators. Design shall be in accordance with the Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC). Submit 35%, 65%, and 100% designs to the Government for review. A 3-D rendering will also be included in the 65% design submittal.
4.04 Existing Work. In addition to "FAR 52.236-9, Protection of Existing Vegetation, Structures, Equipment, Utilities, and Improvements," the Contractor will remove or alter existing work in such a manner as to prevent injury or damage to any portions of the remaining work. The
Contractor will repair or replace portions of work which have been altered during construction operations to match existing or adjoining work, as approved by the Contracting Officer. Upon completion of operations, remaining work must be in a condition equal to or better than that which existed before new labor began.
4.05 Location Of Underground Utilities. Obtain digging permits prior to start of excavation and comply with Installation requirements for locating and marking underground utilities. Contact local utility locating service a minimum of 48 hours prior to excavating to mark utilities, and within sufficient time required if work occurs on a Monday or after a Holiday. Verify existing utility locations, indicated on contract drawings, within area of work.
4.06 Floor. Remove all carpet, repair the concrete floor to determine that the surfaces are smooth and free from cracks, holes, ridges, and other defects that might prevent adhesive bond of the flooring material. Provide and install vinyl plank flooring. Submit the manufacturer's physical sample and applicable accessories.
4.07 Baseboard. All walls shall have a 6” baseboard.
4.08 Upper-Level Demolition. Remove interior walls, concrete ceiling, and doors in Bay 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. Cut walls between Bay 1 & 2 and Bay 2 &3 to install double leaf doors. The doors shall have “door closer” devises. See J-001_sketch drawings 001.

4.09 Upper-Level Double Doors. Demolish all (Bay 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5) exterior double doors and hardware. Provide and install new metal exterior doors with new hardware and panic door per
NFPA 101. The color shall match the existing doors. See attachment J-05_Exterior Door.
4.10 Upper-Level Single Doors. Single doors (Bay 1, 2, 3, and 4) will be locked and sealed from the inside, then, frame, insulate, drywall, texture, and paint the inside of the doors. The exterior side shall be sanded and painted. The single door in Bay 4 will be the access point to the communication room; it shall be sanded, painted, and ensure to seal the door against air and water infiltration with weatherstripping.
4.11 Upper-Level Exterior Window (Bay 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5). The bottom 2/3 of the window will be framed, insulated, textured, and painted. The top 1/3 of the existing window will remain as is and new double pane, high efficiency sliding windows (for cleaning purposes only), shall be installed inside.
4.12 Upper-Level Back Exterior Windows (Bay 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5). The bottom 3/4 of the window will be framed, insulated, textured, and painted. The top 1/4 of the existing window will remain as is and new double pane, high efficiency sliding windows (for cleaning purposes only), shall be installed inside.
4.13 Lower-Level Exterior Windows. The bottom 3/4 of the window will be framed, insulated, textured, and painted. The top 1/4 of the existing window will remain as is and new double pane, high efficiency sliding windows (for cleaning purposes only), shall be installed inside.
4.14 Lower-Level Demolition. Remove interior walls and doors. See J-008_sketch drawing 002.
4.15 Utility Room. Remove all existing fixtures in each bay (5 each) of the utility room. Design and provide unisex bathroom like the existing one. Include new light fixture with occupancy sensor and exhaust fan. Paint walls and ceiling. This bathroom shall be heated with infrared light bulb during use. Provide a door handle with the fixture that show the status “occupied” and
“vacant”. See sketch drawing 003, drawing 30-14-01 sheet 24 and 34.
4.16 Toilet Room. Provide and install new light fixture with occupancy sensor and exhaust fan. Paint walls and ceiling. Provide a door handle with the fixture that show the status “occupied” and
“vacant.”
4.17 Foyer Area. Build a foyer area for Bay 1, 2, and 3 with walls and ceiling for climate control.
The exterior wall shall match the height of the exterior women bathroom’s wall. Install one door and leave the entrance without door as it is now. Provide light fixture. Re-install the existing doors in Bay 1, 2, and 3; ensure to seal against air infiltration with weatherstripping.
4.18 Bay 4 Administrative Area. Build 10 ft. walls to create a storage area. The storage area should be approximately 12’x15’ the location will be verified at the site visit. See J-004_Sketch

4.19 Bay 5 Breakroom. Provide 2 x 72” countertop with cabinets and two microwaves.
4.20 Bay 5 Breakroom. Re-install the door between the upper and lower level. The door shall have a cypher lock.
4.21 Bay 5 Lower-level. Build two offices with access to the breakroom, bathroom, and front entrance. Office 1 door shall have a 12” x 12” vision lite. See J-007_Offices.
4.22 Paint all walls with semi-gloss eggshell white.
4.23 Paint all, ceilings with flat black.

4.24 Fire Alarm System. The fire alarm system will be addressable. Fire alarm system will be provided per UFC 3-600-01, NFPA 72, and NFPA 101 and will be integrated with the existing fire alarm system at the facility. Provide duct smoke detectors as required per NFPA 70A.
4.25 Mass Notification System. A mass notification system (MNS) shall be provided in accordance with UFC 4-010-1 and UFC 4-021-01. Both fire alarm panel and MNS panel will be located in the Electrical Room and may be one integrated system. Speakers in all building sections shall be provided for the MNS system.
4.26 Communication. All existing communication systems for the facility shall be removed all the way to the mechanical room where the fiber and copper enter to the building.
4.26.01 Bay 5 Communication Room. Build 10 ft. walls and ceiling inside Bay 5. The room shall be no less than 12 x 13 square feet, with a door to the exterior of the building.
The room shall have a light fixture, electrical outlets, and a one-ton split air conditioning unit.
4.26.02 Contractor shall provide communication rack for the entire facility.
4.26.03 Contractor shall provide and install 12-strand single mode fiber optic cable, direct bury.
4.26.04 Contractor shall provide and install manholes per specifications.
4.26.05 Contractor shall provide and install 25 pair copper cable direct bury, from existing manhole to cabinet 1 in room 207. Coordinate with Fort Huachuca NEC and 2-13th
AVN Regiment for tie location.
4.26.06 A new telephone terminal backboard (TTB) will be installed in the Communication
Room. The TTB will be fire rated and UL listed. A data equipment rack will be installed in the Communication Room with sufficient space for data switches, patch panels, UPS, DVR, and wire management. Communication jacks will be wired using the EIA/TIA 568-B standard. Communication jacks will have two 8 pin RJ45 jacks for telephone and data. Jack and voice/data cabling will be rated CAT6.
Telecommunication grounds will be IAW MiL-STD-188-124B.
4.26.07 Install voice & data for each cubicle.
4.27 Electrical. The Contractor shall become familiar with all details of the work and verify all dimension in the field.
4.27.01 Contractor shall coordinate with local utilities company and SSVEC for work.
Contractor shall notify Fort Huachuca DPW prior to any digging.
4.27.02 The Contractor shall excavate approximately 130 ft. long trenches to install all conduits. The Contractor shall obtain dig permits per SOO paragraph 18.02.01.09.
4.27.03 Provide and install two runs of 4” PVC schedule 40 conduits for 600A, 3-phase, 208/120V Service Entrance secondary per the SSVEC Service Entrance Requirements documents and have the work inspected by SSVEC prior to the burial of the conduit.
4.27.04 Provide and install 600A Service Entrance that includes current transformer CAN, meter base and disconnect switch outside the building per SSVEC Entrance
Requirements.
4.27.05 The electrical utility company (SSVEC) will install a 300kVA, 3 phase, 120/208 transformer in the existing concrete pad. The Contractor shall submit the bill of material to the Government for SSVEC to review and approve (the submittal shall be sent through DOC)

4.27.06 Contractor shall provide and install underground distribution ducts.
4.27.07 The Contractor shall cut, demolish, and dump existing asphalt and concrete sidewalk.
4.27.08 The Contractor shall compact the trench and repair the asphalt and sidewalk.
4.27.09 Demolish existing 200A, 208/120V service entrances. The existing conduit and conductor shall be abandoned in place, and it will be ensured that the ends are capped.
4.27.10 Provide and install an outdoor 600A, 208/120V rated main switchboard on the West side of the building.
4.27.11 Install electrical outlets for all cubicles.
4.27.12 Provide and install six (6) 20 A, 120V dedicated circuits outlets, for two (2) microwaves and no more than eight (8) vending machines.
4.27.13 The interior Electrical System shall be provided in accordance with UFC 3-520-01.
4.28 Lighting Protection System (LPS). Provide lightning protection in accordance with the
International Building Codes, manufactures’ recommendation and the NFPA 780. Testing of lightning protection system and all connections is required. The Contractor shall notify the
DPW-PM one week before the test to allow them to be present. This project does not require an
UL Master Label certification of inspection; however, all materials shall be UL listed.
4.29 Mechanical. Demolish all rooftop mechanical equipment.
4.30 Demolish all ductworks.
4.31 Demolish the existing boiler and associated parts.
4.32 Demolish all piping, radiant heating devises and associated parts.
4.33 Provide and install five (5) roof top units (RTU), one for each bay.
4.34 The Contractor shall design and install new HVAC system/controls for training, classroom, and administrative use per Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS) Division 23, Unified
Facilities Criteria (UFC), and International Mechanical Code (IMC®) latest edition requirements.
4.34.01 HVAC Direct Expansion (DX) System shall be sized 10 percent over maximum calculated loading.
4.34.02 Contractor shall submit calculations, DDC points, software, equipment, and others to
Government for approval.
4.34.03 Designer of Record shall utilize ground/pad mount condensing unit(s). DX condensing units shall have hail guards and meet security engineering measures refer to UFC 4-
010-03.
4.34.04 Security and Cyber Awareness requirements shall be incorporated if/when Fort
Huachuca Army Garrison updates/converts to Base Wide EMCS system.
4.35 Design, demolition, construction & replacement of equipment in the upgrade of the Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) for Building 52110. Work shall consist of but is not limited to the upgrade of the demolition & replacement of the existing HVAC and all associated components; ventilation units, fan coils, ducting as required, grilles, diffusers, piping, and Alerton DDC controls.
4.36 The Contractor shall design and install:
4.36.01 Basis of Design – The following manufactures were used for the Government's basis of design, but equal products can be used: Trane, Carrier, Daikin, Stulz, Price, and

Greenheck. The training/classroom areas shall have excessive latent heat loading due to training equipment.
4.36.02 Hydronic (Water) HVAC systems shall not be allowed at Building 52110 due to training and communication equipment.
4.36.03 Existing Boiler room may be modified for new communications and/or electrical room.
4.36.04 Removal/modification of the existing HVAC systems located throughout the building to ensure proper heating/cooling, ventilation, comfort conditions and energy efficiency.
4.36.05 Removal/replacement of the existing pneumatic HVAC controls throughout Building
52110 with new BACNET direct digital HVAC controls; installation to include a new front-end system installed per Government requirements to allow overall instantaneous
HVAC system monitoring/control. As of FY22 Building direct digital controls are localized at each building per Fort Huachuca USAG requirements.
4.36.06 Provide four (4) new laptop computers (1 for Building 52110, 1 for HVAC shop, 1
O&M shop, and 1 DPW Engineering). Each laptop shall meet or exceed the following specs:
4.36.07 • CD/DVD drive
4.36.08 • Ethernet port
4.36.09 • USB ports (or other ports required to connect with the HVAC control system)
4.36.10 • Solid-state drive: 1 TB
4.36.11 • Memory: 16 GB
4.36.12 • CPU: Quad-core, latest generation, Intel® Core™ i7 Processor or equivalent.
4.36.13 • Display/Screen Sized: 15.6”
4.36.14 • Display/Screen Resolution: 1920 x 1080
4.36.15 • Operating System: Windows 10/11
4.36.16 • Interface capable with DDC controller with cable(s)
4.37 Install a new lockable cabinet for the new laptop.
4.38 New DDC shall be for local HVAC controls.
4.38.01.01 Fort Huachuca does not have a Garrison Energy Management and
Control System (EMCS) network. Provide two (2) new laptop computers (1 for 52110 Building Control Network, 1 for standby), with DVD writable drive, with minimum 250 gigabyte solid state drive, with a lockable cabinet, interfaced with DDC controller.
4.38.02 Modification/replacement of existing ventilation equipment throughout Building
52110 (e.g., supply fans, exhaust fans, etc.) as necessary to meet current ventilation/pressurization requirements.
4.38.03 Integrate new HVAC systems with new fire protection systems and controls.
4.38.04 Ensure all HVAC wall penetrations are fire chalked.
4.38.05 Ensure all HVAC systems comply with all applicable life safety mandates and physical security requirements.
4.38.06 General demolition requirements associated with equipment, piping, valving, coils, boiler, controls, etc.
4.38.07 General phasing requirements associated with the demolition/construction.

4.39 Contractor Shall Provide HVAC Training
4.39.01 Contractor shall provide HVAC training to Government.
4.40 Contractor Shall Perform Commissioning
4.40.01 Commissioning shall consist of controls, all systems associated with HVAC DX system central cooling/heating mode, condensate drain, closest and furthest cooling/heating service device.
4.41 Closeout
4.41.01 Prepare and submit a DD Form 1354 Information Worksheet.
4.41.02 Perform final inspection.
4.41.03 Resolve discrepancies.
4.41.04 Provide Equipment Commissioning and Testing Reports (e.g. Inspection, Testing Air
Balancing).
4.41.05 Provide final as-built drawings per A/E/C standards in AutoCAD DWG files and three
(3) O&M manuals with 11x17 as-built prints with a digital copy.
5.0 Schedule
5.01 Notice to Proceed (NTP) shall be issued no later than 10 calendar days after the award and project shall be 100% complete and ready for final inspection no later than 200 working days after the NTP.
5.02 The Contractor’s proposed schedule shall be submitted with the proposal. A revised schedule shall be submitted at the time of the preconstruction conference for approval. The schedule shall be in the form of a progress chart of suitable scale to indicate the percentage of work scheduled for completion at any given date during the period. The schedule shall take into consideration anticipated adverse weather that could preclude progress, long-lead equipment or materials critical to the completion of the project, review periods for submittal items requiring Government review and approval, air quality control permitting process and other events and milestones as necessary.
6.0 Occupancy
6.01 The building included in the scope of this contract will not be occupied. The Contractor will schedule and perform work under this contract in such a manner as to allow the occupants of the building to continue their normal activities with the least amount of interference.
7.0 Material, Standards, Codes, Regulations, and Workmanship (FAR 52.236-5, Material and
Workmanship)
7.01 All materials and equipment shall be new unless otherwise specified. All work shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications, applicable industry standards, UFC, UFGS, NFPA, ASHRAE, NEC, SMACNA, NEBB, AABC, SDDCTEA, and AASHTO standards; federal, state and local codes, regulations of EPA, OSHA, NEPA, and MSHA, if required. All certifications are the responsibility of the Contractor (potable water health
SOO: UAS00024-1J– Remodel Training Facility, Bldg. 52110 June 21, 2023 Change: 0 certifications, gas weld certifications, refrigerant technician certifications, asbestos removal certifications, etc.) and must be provided to the COR prior to final payment.
7.02 The Contractor shall obtain specific approval for all materials and equipment that vary from the standards established herein. All work shall be performed in a skillful and workmanlike manner to current applicable industry standards and in accordance with manufacturer instructions.
7.03 The Contractor shall comply with Federal directives by recycling at least 50% of Construction waste.
7.04 Environmental work statement clause for all exterior work (SWPPP)
7.04.01 Through the Arizona Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (AZPDES) permitting program, the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) regulates the discharge of storm water from construction sites throughout the state including those on military installations.
8.0 Clean Up (FAR 52.236-12, Cleaning Up)
8.01 The Contractor shall at all times keep the work area, including storage areas, free from accumulation of waste materials. All trash will be removed from the site on a daily basis.
Upon completion of the project, all equipment, materials and other items associated with the project shall be removed from the project site and the site shall be left clean. Any and all waste products created during performance of the work shall be removed from the project site, packaged in an environmentally approved manner and disposed of OFF-POST at an environmentally approved disposal site.
9.0 Utilities
9.01 Where available, onsite utilities will be provided to the Contractor at their expense and will require a Utility Sales Agreement with Fort Huachuca. These utilities shall be used only in the performance and support of the project.
9.02 Any temporary connection to the utility system will be coordinated with the contracting officer’s representative prior to hook-up. The Contractor shall complete the temporary connection and all temporary electrical work in accordance with applicable codes and standards. Temporary electrical wiring and devices shall comply with the current National
Electrical Code. Temporary wiring and devices shall be removed at project completion. All temporary electrical work shall be at the Contractor’s expense.
10.0 Storage Areas/Lay Down Yards
10.01 The Contractor and the Contracting Officer’s Representative will agree on temporary storage areas and lay down yards in the general location of the project. Request for proposed storage area shall be submitted with the proposal documents. The Contractor shall be responsible for the safety, security and maintenance associated with storage areas.
Storage areas shall be kept clean and in a neat and organized appearance at all times. If the storage area is not maintained, the Contracting Officer may direct the Contractor to store materials off the installation. Storage areas and lay down yards shall be returned to the existing stable state, which may require some rehabilitation of the land, like re-seeding with native grass mixtures.
11.0 DD Form 1354 Worksheet Preparation

11.01 The Contractor shall prepare a DD Form 1354 Information Worksheet near completion of the project and submit it to the Government prior to final inspection and acceptance.
12.0 Contractor Quality Control (CQC)
12.01 The Contractor is responsible for quality control and shall establish and maintain an effective quality control system and shall include the following:
12.01.01 The Quality control system shall consist of plans, procedures, and organization necessary to produce an end product that complies with the specified requirements of this project. The system shall cover all construction activities, both on site and off site, and shall be coordinated with the proposed construction schedule.
12.01.02 The Contractor shall submit to the COR for review and approval a Contractor Quality
Control Plan proposed to implement the specified requirements. The plan shall identify personnel, procedures, controls, instructions, tests, records, and forms to be used. Construction will be permitted to begin only after acceptance of the CQC plan.
13.0 Inspection
13.01 All work is subject to inspection and testing by the Government at all places and at all reasonable times before acceptance, in accordance with FAR 52.246-12, Inspection of
Construction. Government inspections and tests do not relieve the Contractor of the responsibility for providing adequate quality control measures, nor does it constitute or imply Government acceptance of the work. The presence or absence of a Government inspector does not relieve the Contractor of complying with the specified requirements, nor is the Government inspector authorized to change any term or condition of the specification without the Contracting Officer’s written authorization.
14.0 Accident Prevention
14.01 The Contractor shall comply with 29 CFR part 1926, 29 CFR part 1910, all state and local occupational safety and health requirements, and the requirements of EM 385-1-1, U.S.
Army Corps of Engineers Safety and Health Requirements Manual.
14.02 The Contractor is responsible for accident prevention and safety and shall establish and maintain an effective system.
15.0 Submittals
15.01 The Contractor shall provide information and/or submit samples of materials that the
Contractor contemplates incorporating in the work. All submittals shall be at the
Contractor’s expense.
15.02 The following submittal items are required for this project:
15.02.01 Submittals required prior to start of construction (normally at the PRECON) shall include:
15.02.01.01 Construction schedule
15.02.01.02 Project designs, specifications, design analysis
15.02.01.03 Shop drawings
15.02.01.04 Submittal Register (ENG FORM 4025 and 4288)
15.02.01.05 Catalog cuts (equipment and materials)
15.02.01.06 Finish material samples and/or product data
15.02.01.07 Sub-Contractor personnel list (POC with phone number)

15.02.01.08 Quality Control, Accident Prevention.
15.02.01.09 Permits and certifications.
15.02.02 Submittals required during the construction period shall include:

15.02.03 Submittals required near the end of the project but before final inspection:

15.02.03.04 Training for shop personnel

15.02.03.06 Repair parts list and vendors
15.03 If any of the equipment/material submittals are disapproved, the Contractor shall resubmit the disapproved submittals for review and comment within five (5) working days of notification of their disapproval. This process shall continue until all equipment/materials are approved by the government.
15.04 If Contractor uses or installs materials or equipment without approval, he does so at the risk of subsequent rejection, and replacement at his cost.
15.05 Final Inspection and Acceptance
15.06 Final inspection and acceptance shall be conducted after the pre-final inspection is completed by the CQC representative and the pre-final inspection punch list items are completed by the Contractor. The CQC representative compiles the pre-final punch list immediately after the work is completed. The Government’s PM/COR/QA representative will sign for completion documents after the final inspection and its punch list items are corrected; and upon receipt of acceptable As-Built Drawings and any delayed work.
16.0 Warranty Requirements
16.01 All work shall be covered under the one-year warranty of construction (FAR 52.246-21, Warranty of Construction).
16.02 In addition to the one-year warranty of construction, the Contractor shall obtain all warranties that would normally be given in commercial practice and, upon final acceptance of the work (or before), provide a list to the Government of each warranted equipment item, feature of construction, or system. The list shall indicate the following:
16.02.01 Name of item.
16.02.02 Model and Serial Number.
16.02.03 Installed location.
16.02.04 Name and phone numbers of manufacturers or suppliers.
16.02.05 Names, addresses, and phone numbers of sources of spare parts.
16.02.06 Warranties and terms of warranty. Items with warranties extending beyond the one-year warranty shall be indicated with separate warranty expiration dates.
16.02.07 Start date and duration of warranty period.

16.02.08 Summary of maintenance procedures required to continue the warranty in force with cross-reference to specific pertinent operation and maintenance manuals as applicable.
16.03 At approximately four and nine months after acceptance the Government may conduct warranty inspections. The inspections will be scheduled by the Government COR/Project
Manager and conducted with the user, and, if possible, Contractor personnel attending. A list of deficiencies existing at the time will be compiled and furnished to the Contractor for correction.
