About this file
This is Addendum #1 to IWQ 131147, issued by Gwinnett County Financial Services Purchasing Division in Georgia on June 5, 2026, addressing bidder questions regarding a plastic storage bins procurement. The solicitation requests quotations for 800 units of ULINE H-3053BLU Magnum Hopper Bins (24 x 17 x 11 inches) and 200 units of ULINE S-12417 Plastic Stackable Bins (11 x 11 x 5 inches), or approved equivalents. Delivery must be completed by July 10, 2026 to Gwinnett County Voter Registrations & Elections at 455 Grayson Highway, Lawrenceville, Georgia. The question deadline was June 5, 2026, with quotations due June 9, 2026.
The addendum clarifies that when items ship in increments not matching requested quantities, vendors should quote the minimum quantity that meets or exceeds the county's requirement, with unit price determining the award. The receiving facility has a dock and pallet jacks but no forklift for unloading. The county has no color preference for Item #2 and does not have prior contract pricing for these items, seeking competitive pricing for this one-time purchase. All pricing must be quoted on the county's fee schedule on an FOB Destination, Freight Prepaid basis, with all charges incorporated into the unit price. The county is exempt from federal excise tax and Georgia sales tax, and award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible vendor, with delivery considered as a factor.
