About this file

This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the procurement of IUID (Item Unique Identification) printers to support the Small Arms and Turbine Shop divisions at Anniston Army Depot. The Government requires two Fusion Pro 24 Fiber 50w Epilog Laser printers (24 x 24 inches, 120V or 220V, with high-speed engraving capability up to 165 inches per minute), two 25 psi Air Assist Pumps compatible with Fusion Pro systems, and two Fusion Maker-Edge Pro 24 units for shipping. The equipment will be utilized to create stainless-steel tags for the Turbine Engine shop using an existing workflow wherein Bartender software extracts data from the MCDS TAMMSA database, converts it to CSV format, and prints tags using the EPILOG laser printer. On-site training is required as part of the delivery. A detailed cost estimate and delivery timeline will be provided upon request, with a delivery deadline of 20 August 2026.

The corresponding Request for Information (RFI) solicitation (W911KF-26-S-0012) is being issued by the Department of the Army Materiel Command Contracting Command Detroit Arsenal solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a commitment to contract. Potential respondents are requested to provide capability statements with past performance examples, recommended contracting strategies, and responses addressing the adequacy of hardware and software specification details, integration and installation requirements, transition planning needs, and any additional product definition necessary to meet Government requirements. All costs associated with responding to this RFI are the responsibility of interested parties, and non-response does not preclude participation in any future formal solicitation.
