About this file

The document appears to be a set of questions and answers related to ITQ 3520T01, a contract opportunity issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) for the removal and lawful disposal of road-killed deer along PennDOT's right-of-ways, highways, and interchanges throughout the Commonwealth. The initial application deadline is June 22, 2021, but bids will continue to be accepted until January 31, 2031. The contract does not require any special training or licenses, and the application paperwork must be mailed rather than faxed. Exhibits D and E, the Contract Signature Page and Location Sheet, must be submitted along with the other required documents.

The contract opportunity does not mention any pricing terms, set-asides, incumbents, funding requirements or sources, or other salient financial information. It focuses on the logistics and administrative requirements of the application and submission process.
