About this file

This document is an Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) issued by the Michigan Department of Treasury's MI Student Aid division. The purpose is to establish a new advertising partnership with Michigan International Speedway (MIS) to promote the state's newest scholarship program, the Michigan Achievement Scholarship, to the NASCAR audience. The desired services include on-site activation, ad placement in the venue, website digital ad placement, and radio ad placement. The ITN indicates that MIS is the sole intended source for these services, as it is the only NASCAR affiliated track located in Michigan. Potential bidders who disagree that MIS is the only viable source must submit a written response to the Solicitation Manager by 3:00 PM EST on 12/8/2023.

The ITN provides details on the commodity code, the intended contract, and the question and response process. Questions from potential bidders must be submitted by 2:00 PM EST on 12/5/2023, with answers posted by 5:00 PM EST on 12/6/2023. The contract resulting from this ITN will be a new State of Michigan contract, with the intended source being Michigan International Speedway located in Brooklyn, Michigan.
