About this file

This document is an Invitation to Bid (ITB) issued by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services Procurement Services for the replacement of heat pump systems for 8 on-station houses at the Bonneville Hatchery. The ITB requires bidders to remove the existing air-to-air heat pump systems and replace them with new heat pump systems. The bid submission deadline is not specified, but the document references the potential for addenda. The contract term is not explicitly stated.

The bid cover sheet includes various certifications and representations the bidder must make, including acknowledgement of any addenda, compliance with the contract terms, no undisclosed debt to the State, compliance with tax laws, non-discrimination policies, and avoidance of conflicts of interest. Bidders must also certify the accuracy and truthfulness of their bid submissions.
