About this file
This document is an Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the Flat Creek Fuels Reduction Pile Burning project issued by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services Procurement Services. The ITB seeks bids for the burning of 203 acres of mixed conifer piles measuring 6'x6'x10' with a required delivery date no later than 12/31/2024. Bidders must provide references for past projects of a similar size and scope, as well as key personnel references. The ITB includes requirements for certified disadvantaged business outreach and responsibility inquiries to assess the bidder's qualifications, financial capacity, and performance history.
The bid requires bidders to provide a cost per acre for the pile burning services. The ITB indicates a preference for certified disadvantaged businesses, including minority-owned, woman-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned, and emerging small businesses, to have an equal opportunity to participate in any subcontracting opportunities. Bidders must also certify compliance with various state requirements, such as non-discrimination, tax compliance, and absence of conflicts of interest.
