About this file
This document is an Invitation to Bid (ITB) issued by the City of College Park, Georgia for Tree and Brush Clearing services. The ITB provides details on the scope of work, which involves the clearing of trees and brush. The project is a one-time effort, but the city may require these services for other projects in the future. The ITB outlines the submission requirements, including the need for a bid bond and payment bond. Contractors are responsible for removing and reinstalling any fences necessary to complete the work. Bids are due by January 17, 2024, and the project will be awarded to a single contractor.
The ITB specifies that the contractor must have general liability insurance up to $1 million but may not be required to have workers' compensation insurance at the time of bidding. Pricing terms, set-asides, and funding sources are not explicitly detailed in the provided information.
