About this file
This document is an Amendment One Questions and Answers file related to Idaho Transportation Department's (ITD) competitive solicitation for Mechanic Service Trucks, issued through the Idaho Division of Purchasing. The amendment addresses inquiries submitted by potential bidders regarding the specifications and requirements outlined in the original Administrative Document for this procurement. The document provides clarifications and responses to vendor questions concerning the technical specifications, delivery requirements, and bidding procedures for the mechanic service trucks. While the original solicitation established a proposal due date of June 11, 2025, this amendment serves to ensure all qualified vendors have consistent information and understanding of the project scope prior to bid submission. The amendment does not establish new deadlines but rather supplements the original bid solicitation with additional guidance based on vendor inquiries during the pre-bid period.
The Amendment One Questions and Answers document does not establish pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent information, or funding amounts within its content. Rather, it functions as a clarification tool to address ambiguities or questions raised by interested bidders regarding the specifications and administrative requirements contained in the original solicitation documents. Vendors should refer to the primary Administrative Document and any associated technical specifications for complete information regarding evaluation criteria, pricing requirements, and other material terms governing this procurement opportunity for mechanic service trucks.
