About this file
This document is Amendment #1 for Invitation to Bid (ITB) #32801-13636 issued by the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA) for woody vegetation mulching services. The amendment addresses a specific bidder question regarding contractor qualifications and provides updated specifications for the project. The ITB seeks a contractor to perform mulching services at Thorny Cypress and Tumbleweed Wildlife Management Areas, covering approximately 307 acres, with all mulching activities to be completed by June 28, 2025. The amendment indicates that contractors with experience in similar State and/or Federal governmental projects, even if not specifically mulching-focused, may be considered for award if they can provide appropriate references.
The amendment modifies the original ITB specifications, specifically updating Section C.2 to provide clarity on contractor eligibility. While specific pricing details are not included in this amendment, the document suggests the procurement will follow standard state bidding procedures, with an emphasis on evaluating contractor qualifications, experience, and references. The amendment is effective immediately upon release, and all other terms and conditions of the original ITB remain unchanged. Potential bidders are advised to review the updated specifications carefully and ensure they meet the revised requirements for project consideration.
