ADDENDUM NO 4

DATE: October 8, 2026 ITB/RFP: ITB 27-16TM Exploration Way DATE ISSUED: August 18, 2026 BID DUE: October 29, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. (Revised) SUBJECT: Updates and Questions Response

Addendum No. 4 is issued to provide the following updates:

1. The Due Date for Bids has been revised from October 15, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. to October 29, 2026 at 11:00 a.m.

2. As a result of the site visit held on October 7, 2026, the period for questions related to the project has been extended through October 12, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.

3. Responses to Questions Received

a. Question: Please confirm the entire building will be available during the entire project with no occupants.

Answer: The entire building will be available with no occupants.

b. Question: Since additional work is going to be performed after the structural repairs, will we need to fully protect the existing carpet?

Answer: Plan to protect the carpet on the first and second floors. No protection required on the third floor.

c. Question: Since additional work is going to be performed after the structural repairs, do we need to replace the cabinets/countertop is various areas of work?

Answer: Plan to replace the cabinets/counters on the first and second floors.

No replacement required on the third floor.

d. Question: Areas above the ceiling are currently sheet rocked in, but do not appear to meet any fire ratings. Do we need to reinstall all drywall above ceilings once structural repairs are complete? And if so, what fire ratings must this meet, if any?

Answer: Plan to replace the sheetrock above ceiling in kind.

e. Question: In areas above the ceiling, there are lots of conduits, data cables, and ductwork that run directly over or under the existing beams. How do you want us to handle these situations?

Answer: Plan to work around cables and conduits. Remove and replace ductwork that conflicts with the proposed work.

f. Question: On the 3rd floor, on the long portions (section B) of the structure repairs, there are currently void spaces which contain HVAC Ducting shafts for the entire building that directly block access from the other side of the wall that we will need to have access to, in order to place the flat bar and weld.

How do we handle these situations? Do we cut the ductwork out of the way and leave, or do you need us to provide HVAC services to reinstall after? If so, we would need as-built drawings to provide potential HVAC contractors to price accordingly, along with required insulation needed, etc.

Answer: Remove the conflicting ductwork and replace in kind. No as-built drawings are available for this building.

g. Question: Drawings call for 2" stitching of weld along plates every 8"; when we encounter obstructions that are known (Above) or yet to be discovered, what allowance do we have for moving the location of these 2" weld stitches to avoid obstructions preventing them every 8"?

Answer: The engineer of record will provide direction based on the specific situation(s) found in the field.

Bidders must take due notice and be governed accordingly. This addendum must be acknowledged as indicated in the Invitation to Bid or your Bid may not be considered.

All other terms and conditions of the Invitation to Bid remain the same.
