About this file

This document is a Notice of Intended Action from the City of Oviedo, Florida, announcing the cancellation of Invitation to Bid (ITB) #25-33 for a Lockwood Boulevard Road Repair project. The ITB was originally advertised on VendorLink on April 7, 2025, with bid submittals due by 2:00 PM on April 22, 2025. However, the city has chosen to cancel the solicitation in its entirety and reject all submitted bids, with no plans to re-solicit the project in the near future.

The notice provides contact information for the Purchasing Division at 407-971-5534 for any questions regarding the cancellation. While the specific reasons for cancellation are not detailed in the document, the city has made a unilateral decision to terminate the bidding process for this minor construction project. Potential bidders are advised that the Lockwood Boulevard Road Repair project will not be pursued at this time, effectively ending the current procurement effort.
