About this file

This document is an Addendum to Invitation to Bid (ITB) #24-053 for the T2305 High Point Road Pedestrian Crosswalk project in the City of Sandy Springs, Georgia, located in Fulton County. The addendum addresses questions from prospective offerors regarding the provision of power meter and disconnect pedestal, the length of the strain pole, and the purpose of the pay items for the Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon (RRFB) installation. The ITB requires the contractor to provide all necessary materials and labor to complete the pedestrian safety improvements along High Point Road. The bid response is due on March 22nd, 2024 at 2:00 p.m.

The addendum clarifies that the city is not providing any equipment, the pole length is to be 30 feet above ground level, and the two pay items for RRFB installation serve different purposes - one for the comprehensive installation and the other for the specific procurement of RRFB units. No other salient pricing, funding, or contract term details are provided in this document.
