Delivery and installation must be completed within 240 days of the purchase order, and the vendor will be required to provide training at each regional field office location. The public bid opening is scheduled for February 23, 2024, and the Department anticipates posting the recommended award on March 5, 2024.

The Department reserves the right to award, or not award, contract(s) based on the availability of funds.
3.18 Less Than Two Responsive Offers

However, this prohibition does not prevent a bidder who responds to a request for information from being eligible to contract with an agency.”
The Department considers participation in a solicitation to be any actions related to the decision, approval, disapproval, recommendation, preparation of any part of a purchase request, influencing the content of any specification or procurement standard, rendering of advice, investigation, auditing, or functioning in any other advisory capacity.
