About this file
This is a bid schedule attachment for ITB 2025-1200-0293, related to household goods moving services for state employees. The schedule outlines two categories of moves: Category 1 for standard household goods moving and Category 2 for truck/barged moves. The estimated weights specified are 142 CWT for household goods and 66 CWT for vehicles in both categories. Bidders must respond to either one or both categories to be considered responsive, and must indicate their ability to handle firearms and frozen food transportation.
The pricing structure requires bidders to provide per-CWT rates, with total costs calculated based on estimated weights. While estimated weights are provided, the State does not guarantee minimum household goods weight. Notable terms include that state employees will be directly invoiced for costs exceeding 15,000 pounds and storage beyond 30 days. For frozen food transportation, if elected by the employee, the vendor will invoice the employee directly for additional costs related to keeping food frozen and any associated shipping and handling charges.
