About this file
These construction plans detail the Russell Harber Landing project, located in Santa Rosa County, Florida, prepared by Kenneth Horne & Associates, Inc. as an "As-Built" document dated June 2002 for a section of U.S. Highway 90 (State Road #10). The comprehensive set of engineering drawings includes multiple technical plans such as existing conditions and demolition plans, site staking and utility plans, site grading plans, site lighting plans, parking and shelter/pavilion staking plans, and ramp plans with sections and details. The documents cover a curved, approximately 30-acre site featuring intricate infrastructure design including roadways, utilities, landscaping, drainage systems, and architectural elements along what appears to be a waterfront or river landing area.
The technical drawings demonstrate meticulous design considerations including detailed site grading, precise utility placement, comprehensive tree protection protocols, handicapped accessibility features, and specialized construction techniques. The plans incorporate multiple technical specifications such as pavement cross-sections, expansion and control joint details, thrust block specifications for water utilities, and specific guidelines for environmental protection. The project appears to be a public infrastructure development with significant attention to environmental preservation, accessibility, and technical precision, utilizing professional engineering standards and local municipal design requirements. The drawings were prepared using advanced civil engineering techniques, with multiple layers of technical information integrated into a cohesive site development plan.
