About this file

This is a Request for Bids (RFB) issued by the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community (SRPMIC) for the procurement of Dell Computer Equipment under Solicitation IT-23-054. The RFB was issued on August 11, 2023, with a question deadline of August 25, 2023 at 4:00 PM, responses to questions published by August 30, 2023, and bids due on September 6, 2023 at 2:00 PM. The bid opening is scheduled for the same date at 2:00 PM via Microsoft Teams. Detailed specifications for required equipment are provided in Appendix A (Bill of Materials), with no substitutions of alternative brands permitted. SRPMIC has standardized on Dell equipment, with in-house service desk capabilities for warranty repairs, which reduces downtime. Bidders must submit one electronic copy to purchasing-bids@srpmic-nsn.gov with a maximum file size of 25 MB, and bids must include company background information, pricing on the provided form, three to six client references, and a completed notarized non-collusive affidavit.

The award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder, with lead times exceeding the project timeline rendering a bid non-responsive. Bids that fail to meet requirements or are deemed non-responsible will not be considered. A valid Purchase Order is required prior to work initiation or shipment of goods, and all purchase orders are subject to SRPMIC's Purchase Order Terms and Conditions. The RFB is governed by the Code of Ordinances and laws of SRPMIC, and vendors are prohibited from retaining persons or agencies for contingent fees. No specific budget amount, funding source, or contract term is stated in the available documentation. All material submitted with bids becomes the property of SRPMIC and will not be returned, though vendor information specifically marked as confidential will be held in confidence unless required by law.
