IT-23-054 Dell Computer Equipment - Addendum 1
This addendum contains questions and answers regarding a Request for Bids (RFB) issued by the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community (SRPMIC) for the procurement of Dell Computer Equipment. The solicitation encompasses Dell branded computer equipment as detailed in the Bill of Materials (Appendix A), with no product substitutions or alternative brands permitted. Bids were required to be submitted via email to purchasing-bids@srpmic-nsn.gov no later than September 6, 2023, at 2:00 PM Arizona Time. The addendum clarifies that goods should be shipped and delivered no later than October 2023. Bidders could submit revised bids after reviewing the Q&A responses, provided they were received before the deadline; original bids would be used if no revisions were submitted. The solicitation indicates an unrestricted vendor participation process with no set-aside designations mentioned.
SRPMIC is a tribal government and therefore exempt from Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT). Tax exemption certificates are provided as documentation for this exemption, valid from October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2023 (with an additional certificate for October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2024). Invoices must be submitted through the Community's vendor portal, with billing directed to 10005 E Osborn Road, Scottsdale, Arizona 85256. Equipment should be shipped to the same address at the Main Warehouse. The addendum does not specify a total procurement budget or award value, focusing instead on clarifying procurement timeline requirements and tax exemption status for potential vendors.
