21 CS Installation of New Premise Wiring for ISP Infrastructure
THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. The 21st Contracting Squadron is conducting market research to determine interest and capability of potential sources. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government.
The 21st Communications Squadron requires the Installation of New Premise Wiring for ISP Infrastructure at Peterson Air Force Base in Colorado with three key projects as outlined in Table 1.
Peterson Air Force Base and the 21st Contracting Squadron are seeking potential sources with the capability to provide the described services for all projects.
The anticipated solicitation will be issued under North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code 238210 - Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors. The small business size standard for this code is $16.5 Million.
Table 1: New Premise Wiring for ISP Infrastructure Upgrade
Qty Description 1 PROJECT I: Engineer, furnish, install and test (EFI&T) new Category 6 (CAT 6) premise wiring within Buildings 119, 121, 122, 130, 133, 150, 1229, 1255, 1256, 1262, 1280, and 1410 at Peterson AFB, CO in accordance with the attached SOO (Attachment 1 – SOO ISP Project I)
1 PROJECT II: Engineer, furnish, install and test (EFI&T) new Category 6 (CAT 6) premise wiring within Building 140 at Peterson AFB, CO in accordance with the attached SOO (Attachment 2 – SOO ISP Project II)
1 PROJECT III: engineer, furnish, install and test (EFI&T) new Category 6 (CAT 6) premise wiring within Buildings 502, 503, 506, 538, 560, 605, 620, 626, 640 and 650 at Peterson AFB, CO in accordance with the attached SOO (Attachment 3 – SOO ISP Project III)
Please respond to items 1-7 below with your submission:
1. Is your business categorized as a small business under the anticipated NAICS code of 238210 - Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors? Do you agree with the proposed NAICS of 238210? If not, what NAICS do you suggest?
2. Is your firm eligible for participation in one of the following small business programs? If so, please indicate the program: “8(a)” program, Women-owned small business concern, Veteran-owned small business concern, or Service-disabled veteran-owned small business concern.
3. Is your business capable and interested in providing services conforming to all of the following (in accordance with Table 1):
a. ISP Project I
b. ISP Project II
c. ISP Project III
4. If possible, provide a capabilities statement with your response.
5. Do you intend to provide a quote for this requirement? How many days would you need to draft a quote?
6. Provide any additional questions or comments related to the requirement in general. All responses will be posted.
7. Please identify any previous contracts (along with contract numbers) your company has had in association with the above referenced services and their respective expiration date(s).
