About this file

This document is a Request for Information (RFI) from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) seeking detailed information from potential vendors about roll paper procurement. The RFI requests comprehensive responses covering company capabilities for manufacturing 17" wide, 50" diameter roll paper with 30% post-consumer recycled content, specifically compatible with Ricoh IP 5000 and Ricoh VC40000 inkjet printers. Key areas of inquiry include company overview, product specifications, quality control measures, manufacturing processes, lead times, pricing terms, disaster recovery plans, and customer support capabilities. The document emphasizes the need for vendors to provide insights into their ability to deliver weekly full truckload shipments to three IRS locations (Detroit, MI; Bloomington, IL; and Ogden, UT) and demonstrate sustainable sourcing practices, such as FSC-certified paper procurement.
