About this file

This document provides vendor registration instructions for the State of Illinois. The file outlines the procedural steps required for vendors to update or resubmit their registration information through the Illinois Procurement Gateway (IPG) system. Vendors must log into their IPG accounts, navigate to the "Start/Renew Vendor Registration" option under Key Actions, and select the "State of Illinois Vendor Registration" from available options. The process allows vendors to autofill new registrations using active or denied previous registrations, or to begin with a blank registration form. Vendors must complete each required form, make any necessary updates, save their changes, attach required documents, and submit the completed registration for review.

The instructions do not address pricing terms, contract amounts, set-asides, funding sources, or other financial considerations, as this is an administrative guidance document rather than a solicitation or contract document. The focus is exclusively on the technical and procedural requirements for maintaining vendor registration status with the State of Illinois through the IPG platform.
