The surplus property is being offered "as is" and sealed bids will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. on August 21, 2024 at the Department's office in Jackson, Mississippi. The successful bidder must remove the trailer within seven (7) business days of payment verification.
The bid form requires bidders to provide their full name, title, company, address, telephone number, and authorized signature. No personal checks will be accepted, and failure to remove the property within the specified timeframe may result in the forfeiture of payment and the property being offered for re-sale or destruction. The Department reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and the bid opening will be open to the public but will not include any discussion or award announcements.
