About this file
This is an Invitation for Bids (IFB) Addendum #1 Revision issued by the City of Tolleson, Arizona, for the supply of chemical products to the City's Wastewater Treatment Plant. The City seeks qualified vendors to provide 12.5% Sodium Hypochlorite in bulk quantities, 12.5% Sodium Hypochlorite in 55-gallon drums, and 31% Hydrochloric Acid in bulk quantities. The addendum revises the original IFB to clarify specifications, requirements, and bidding procedures. Specific response deadlines, bid submission dates, site visit information, and bidders' conference details should be referenced in the complete document. The contract term and any renewal options are outlined in the original IFB documentation.
The pricing structure, payment terms, and cost evaluation criteria are detailed in the bid documents. Any set-asides for small businesses, women-owned enterprises, or other classifications would be specified in the full IFB. Information regarding incumbent vendors, funding sources, and budget allocations should be reviewed in the original bid documentation and any related exhibits. Vendors should carefully review both the original IFB and this addendum to ensure full compliance with all technical specifications, delivery requirements, quality standards, and administrative procedures established by the City of Tolleson.
