About this file

This is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) form submitted to the State of Illinois, specifically for the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) procurement of four (4) UAS agricultural-use drones under solicitation number 27-494DOT-FINAD-B-53491 for fiscal year 2027. The document serves as the bidder's formal offer to the state and requires completion of all mandatory documentation as outlined in solicitation section A.1 to avoid disqualification. Bidders are instructed to refer to the standard terms and conditions available on the Illinois Chief Procurement Office website and must submit any exceptions to these terms as redlined versions with their bids.

The form includes provisions for bidders to claim applicable Illinois procurement preferences, including the Illinois Business Preference (requiring completion of an affidavit) and the Domestic Product Preference (requiring notation in the alternate description field for qualifying line items). Bidders must authorize their submissions through the form's signature fields and acknowledge that completion of the form constitutes a binding bid offer to the State of Illinois. The document does not specify pricing terms, set-aside categories, award dates, or contract duration details, as these elements are addressed separately in the complete solicitation documentation referenced throughout the form.
