About this file

This is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) form submitted to the State of Illinois, specifically for the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) Agency Travel Card and Related Services contract. The document serves as the official bid submission form that vendors must complete and submit in accordance with the solicitation requirements outlined in Section A.1 of the solicitation document. Bidders are required to ensure compliance with all specified requirements, as failure to meet these requirements will result in disqualification from consideration.

The form addresses several key bidding components, including preferences available under the Illinois Procurement Code, such as the Illinois Business Preference and Domestic Product Preference, for which vendors may claim eligibility by completing required affidavits or entering appropriate designations on line items. Additionally, the document provides bidders the opportunity to take exceptions to the Standard Terms and Conditions, which will form part of any resulting contract; such exceptions must be submitted as a redlined version of the Standard Terms and Conditions, with the State retaining the right to accept or reject any proposed exceptions. The authorized representative of the bidding entity must sign and date the form to constitute a formal bid submission to the State of Illinois.
