About this file

This document is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) issued by the State of Illinois. The IFB requests bids for various products and services. Bidders must complete and submit the required documentation by the specified due date. The contract resulting from this IFB will have an initial term of 1 year, with options to renew for up to 4 additional 1-year periods. The IFB outlines various preferences the State may consider, such as the Domestic Product Preference. Bidders must provide a redline of the Standard Terms and Conditions if they take exception to any contract terms.

The IFB does not provide specific details on pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding requirements and sources, or other salient information. Bidders are advised to closely review the solicitation document and all referenced materials to ensure full compliance with the State's requirements.
