A – Five would be fine
2). Q – Beside the recorded music, we offer our clients the possibility to follow the recorded titles on the printed music scores, for a specific title. I am writing to find out if you need the printed score service as well for your library?
A – Not necessary
3). Q - While we will provide unlimited downloads of more than 1.8 million music titles to be use on your independent, films and documentaries, we need to know the approximate number of tracks that you would need licenses each year.
There would be NO individual invoice per license, but it is necessary to know an approximate number of licenses you would use each year. That information would help us build an annual price for our services and provide for you an official quote for this solicitation.
A – Approximately 40-50 titles per year

A - A sample is not required at this time, but would be helpful.
5). Q - Will you be awarding multiple vendors?
A – No
6). Q - How styles(genres) of music are you looking for?
A – Typical searches we conduct include: Corporate, Cinematic, Orchestral, Underscores. Aviation, Space, Technology, Sports, Industrial, Science, Environmental/Atmospheric, News
7). Q - I’d like to submit a quote, for production music library license. Who and how to I go about doing so??
A – Instruction to submit a quote are located on www.fbo.com Solicitation # INU-16-012.
8). Q - I have a question regarding the Production Music License that is out to bid. In reviewing the terms and conditions I noticed that NASA is asking for the composers within the license library must be awarding winning Grammy, Golden Globe and Academy award winning composers. As well as we must have file formats that include AIFF,WAV and MP3. At this time we don’t have any composers who have won all three awards that write our music. Is this a deal breaker? I’m asking because I’ve been in this business for 10 years and I can’t say that I’ve encountered a library who has worked with composers who have won all 3. Also our website offers WAV and MP3, will that suffice?
If these aren’t deal breakers I’d love to submit a proposal?
A – Per the Statement of Work, the requirement asked for AIFF, WAV, and MP3. If you’d like to submit a proposal, we will review it, however, if you do meet all the requirements, this may affect the decision.
