The authority for this sole source procurement is FAR 6.302-2 (Unusual and Compelling Urgency). The applicable NAICS code is 562111 (Solid Waste Collection) with a $47 million size standard; the Product Service Code is S205. The Contracting Office is located at 718 Smyth Road, Manchester, NH 03104. Interested parties should contact Contracting Specialist James L. R. Moore at james.moore14@va.gov or (603) 624-4366 by the response deadline of September 28, 2026, at 10:00 AM Eastern Time.
