About this file

This is an Intent to Single Source (ISS) document issued by the City of Tampa Parks & Recreation Department for the procurement of Tree Plotter software suite components, including Inventory Advanced, Ecosystem Benefits, Landing Page, Projects, and Canopy modules. The City of Tampa Forestry division utilizes the Tree Plotter suite to identify tree planting locations in compliance with City ordinance, create work orders for internal and contracted crews, generate work history documentation, and archive completed work orders for historical reference and risk management purposes. The software is also used for post-emergency response and activation to capture tropical storm and hurricane damage data to support Forestry crew routing and contractor coordination during cleanup operations. Additionally, Tree Plotter supports weekly reporting on Forestry activities that feeds into the annual State of the Forest report.

The prospective vendor must be an authorized manufacturer's distributor or dealer capable of quoting the Tree Plotter product and providing warranty service, maintenance, and repairs as needed. Interested vendors are required to confirm their ability to provide the requested goods and services and submit documentation verifying their authorization status as a vendor for this product.
