About this file
This is an Intent to Single Source document issued by the City of Tampa, Florida, specifically for the Technology & Innovation department. Tampa Fire Rescue seeks to procure the QPR service from Priority Dispatch, a quality assurance service designed to monitor and evaluate 911 emergency dispatch calls for medical emergencies. The service will be fully virtual with no on-site personnel requirements. The system assists in processing and triaging emergency medical calls while ensuring that Tampa Fire 911 dispatchers adhere to Priority Dispatch protocols. The prospective vendor must be an authorized manufacturer's distributor or dealer capable of providing the quoted product along with warranty service, maintenance, and repairs as needed.
The single-source procurement approach indicates that Priority Dispatch has been identified as the sole capable provider of this specialized service for Tampa Fire Rescue's operations. Interested vendors must demonstrate their status as authorized vendors for the Priority Dispatch product and service offering. The contract opportunity, identified as 26-X-01161, is managed by Lewina Woodard, Procurement Analyst, located at 2555 E. Hanna Ave, Tampa, FL 33610, with contact information available at (813) 274-8354.
