About this file

The provided document is an Insurance Schedule for the State of Nevada Department of Veterans Services, detailing comprehensive insurance requirements and indemnification clauses for contractors. While the document does not specify a specific contract or project scope, it outlines mandatory insurance coverage and protection mechanisms for contractors working with the state, including detailed provisions for commercial general liability, automobile liability, and workers' compensation insurance.

The insurance requirements mandate minimum coverage limits, including a $2,000,000 general aggregate, $1,000,000 per occurrence for commercial general liability, and $1,000,000 combined single limit for automobile liability. Contractors must provide insurance from licensed Nevada insurers with an A.M. Best rating of at least A-VII, and are required to name the State of Nevada as an additional insured. The document specifies that insurance policies must remain in effect for the entire contract duration, with strict notification requirements for policy changes or cancellations, and contractors must submit comprehensive certificates of insurance to the Nevada Department of Veterans Services before commencing work.
