About this file
This document details the Minimum Insurance Requirements for IFB-5099-25/LTT Laboratory Analysis Services. The document outlines comprehensive insurance coverage requirements for potential contractors, specifying four distinct categories of insurance with specific liability limits.
The insurance requirements include Workers' Compensation (statutory coverage), Employers' Liability ($1,000,000 per accident/disease), Commercial General Liability ($1,000,000 per occurrence with $2,000,000 aggregate), Business Automobile Liability ($1,000,000 combined single limit), and Professional Liability ($1,000,000 per claim with $2,000,000 general aggregate).
