Instructions for Vance Base Operations Support (BOS) Pre-Proposal Conference (Approximately 14 days after Release of Solicitation)

Thank you for your interest. The 71st Flying Training Wing (FTW) is excited to have the opportunity to engage with you and provide industry an opportunity to understand and observe the requirements associated with the Vance AFB BOS solicitation. Please see the tentative agenda below.

Tentative Agenda:

Day 1 Travel Day

Day 2 0800 – 1600 Schedule TBD

Day 3 0800 – 1600 Schedule TBD

Day 4 0800 – 1600 Schedule TBD

Day 5 Travel Day

You must complete the entry access letter attachment (Name, Driver’s License/State ID number, state of issue, and date of birth for each attendee) and submit the document to NLT COB, 4 days after release of solicitation.
