About this file
167th Air Wing Base Access Requirements and Guidelines
This document is a personnel vetting and base access notification issued by the 167th Air Wing (AW) to establish new requirements for individuals accessing the military installation. All individuals seeking base access must submit completed background forms to the designated personnel no later than 10 business days prior to arrival. Form requirements include: full birth name (line 1.3), all current and former names/aliases including maiden names (line 1.4), complete Social Security number and date of birth (line 1.5), country of birth (line 1.6), and a wet signature rather than digital signature (line 1.10). Individuals arriving at the gate without prior vetting approval will be denied entry, and this restriction applies to all passengers within vehicles as well.
Foreign nationals must submit immigration paperwork and driver's licenses demonstrating legal work and residency authorization in the United States; failure to provide such documentation will result in automatic denial of base access. Individuals naturalized through U.S. courts must provide copies of their naturalization certificates with background forms. All individuals working in the United States on visa status must carry their alien registration certificates at all times per federal immigration law and remain accompanied 24/7, as required by law. Main contractors are responsible for communicating these requirements to all personnel and supervisors. Contact information for inquiries is provided: MSgt Green and Natalie Clower at natalie.clower.1@us.af.mil.
