About this file
This document provides instructions for completing forms in DocuSign as part of a solicitation response process for the County of Ocean, New Jersey, related to the Reconstruction of Cross Street, County Route 626 from Prospect Street to Augusta Boulevard – Phase 2 in the Township of Lakewood. The instructions guide respondents through the multi-step process of accessing the questionnaire within the OpenGov platform, locating questions that require DocuSign completion, and entering necessary information including the respondent's name and email address. Respondents must complete all required fields marked in red before submitting their forms and must download, print, or review their signed documents as needed.
Critical to the submission process is the requirement that respondents click the link above the DocuSign window labeled "click here to load your completed document" to ensure their progress is saved into the OpenGov system; failure to complete this step will result in lost submissions and unsaved progress. After completing this action, respondents will see a green check mark next to the corresponding question number and a summary of DocuSign actions. These procedures must be repeated for any additional questions requiring DocuSign forms within the solicitation response.
