About this file
This file contains instructions for completing DocuSign forms within the OpenGov platform for responding to a solicitation issued by the County of Ocean, New Jersey for Drone Light Display Services. The document provides step-by-step guidance for applicants to navigate the questionnaire section, access DocuSign forms, and complete required digital submissions. Respondents must fill in all fields marked in red to successfully submit their forms, and after completion, must click a specific link to load the completed document into the OpenGov system to ensure their progress saves. The instructions emphasize that failure to click the document loader link will result in lost progress if the respondent navigates away from the page.
The instructions outline the complete DocuSign workflow from initial draft response through final document loading, including options to download or print signed documents after completion. The file contains no information regarding pricing terms, contract duration, award dates, or other substantive solicitation details, as it serves solely as a technical guide for the submission process rather than as a statement of work or bid solicitation document.
