About this file
This document is an Attachment to Instructions to Offerors (ITO) for a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued by the U.S. Air Force, solicitation number FA810125Q0026. The solicitation requires electronic submission of offers by 12 September 2025 at 12:00 CST via email to Michael.shand@us.af.mil and Anneli.walsh@us.af.mil. Offerors must include their CAGE code and DUNS number with their submission.
The government will evaluate offers based on three factors: Technical Capability, Past Performance, and Price, with technical acceptability being the first evaluation criterion. Only offers deemed technically acceptable will have their past performance and pricing considered. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the government, considering price and technical acceptability. A written notice of award will create a binding contract without further action by either party.
