STATEMENT OF WORK
Statement of Work: Install Heaters, lights, and battery tender for 2022 International buses G32-0137Y, G32-0138Y, G32-0139Y, and G32-0140Y Work Order:
Date: 12 Jun 23
I. Summary Install 2 each dry air heaters, 2 each LED lights, and a battery tender on four GSA International buses. Work will include installing 2 dry air heaters under the seats, installing 2 Led lights on the front bumper with a toggle switch on the driver’s console, and installing a battery tender.
1. Procurement of all parts and accessories required to install.
2. Provide all labor required to inspect, diagnose, and repair this vehicle.
3. Perform operational checks to ensure proper function and reliability as per manufacturer’s design.
II. Products:
All materials and products provided by the contractor in the performance of this contract shall be in accordance with Manufacturers Specifications.
III. Quality Control:
The Contractor shall be responsible for all quality control and all inspection and test that are required unless otherwise specified, arrange for factory tests and inspections when they are required.
1. The contractor shall perform all work according to accepted Industry Standards, Safety Procedures and Manufacturers Specifications.
2. The contractor shall schedule work to cause the least amount of interference with station operations.
3. The Contractor shall perform field tests and provide labor, equipment, and incidentals required for testing. Also, the Contractor shall be able to produce evidence, when required, that each item of work has been constructed properly in accordance with the drawings, specifications, and product manufacturers’ instructions.
4. Work shall be performed by licensed personnel. Note: Required certification/license to be made available when requested. At the conclusion of the project, required certification shall be performed by Licensed Personnel to test and verify for proper operation.
VI. Execution:
Install 2 each dry air heaters, 2 each LED lights, and a battery tender on four GSA International buses. Work will include installing 2 dry air heaters under the seats, installing 2 Led lights on the front bumper with a toggle switch on the driver’s console, and installing a battery tender.
1. Period of Performance: Return within 30 days of receipt of the vehicle.
VII. Environmental & Safety:
1. The contractor shall perform all work according to accepted Industry Standards, Safety Procedures and Manufacturers Specifications.
2. Ensure all workers are wearing the proper PPE for the assigned task.
3. The contractor will dispose of all hazardous waste per local, state, and federal regulations.
