About this file

This document is an informational sheet for a state of Illinois eProcurement system called "BidBuy". The state is seeking to interface the contract(s) resulting from this bid with the BidBuy system, which would allow ordering and usage by all state users. The state has provided technical requirements for vendors to connect to the BidBuy system through a "G2B PunchOut", however the state will not pay for any programming needed by the vendor to implement this capability. The related state and local contract opportunity is for the provision of ice cream, margarine, dairy, and cheese products to the state.

The pricing, set-asides, funding sources, and other commercial terms for this contract opportunity are not explicitly detailed in this informational sheet. However, the sheet does indicate that further information can be obtained by contacting the BidBuy Help Desk.
